Important information when booking - Please read carefully!

1. When booking an appointment with me, you're needed to pay 150 DKK for deposit. This is for my safety as a nail-tech.
2. Address/information about location will be included in your confirmation email. Check spam if it's not in your inbox.
3. Write your Instagram username in the note box section (Order Special Instructions) at checkout.
4. I no longer do bookings via Instagram DMs. Please book through this page. Any questions regarding my booking can be asked in DMs.
5. New appointments drop at the end of each month, so it is not possible to book ahead.
6. Payment preferably by cash. I also accept card.
7. As I'm a home-based nail-tech, I have to follow certain guidelines. To ensure that everyone feels comfortable, I've made the decision to have a women's only salon. Thank you for your understanding.
8. Please make sure to send me pictures of the design you wish to have done, at least 3 days before your appointment.

Make sure to double check:

• Your email and Instagram username, to avoid complications.
• That you've selected the correct service/s.
• The appointment date and note it down.
• That you've chosen "Soak-Off" if you'd like to get a refill. With the Gel-X system, it is required to get a soak-off and a new set every time.

Appointments take +-2 hours depending on design intricacy. 3 hours are reserved for each booking. It might take longer for very intricate designs.

Gel-X / Gel Overlay

Tier 1 - 400 DKK

Tier 2 - 500 DKK

Tier 3 - 600 DKK

Tier 4 - 800 DKK

Soak-Off

It's required to have a soak-off when getting a new set each time.

Soak-Off w/ New Set - Included in new set price.

Soak-Off Complete Removal - 150 DKK

Removal + new set take approx. 1 hour without design.

Deposit:

I charge a 150 DKK for my own safety as a nail-tech, in case of any no-shows. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you'll receive the money for the deposit. Otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.

Guests:

As I'm home-based, space is limited. Guests will therefore not be allowed, including children.

Foreign Work:

I do NOT remove work that isn't mine. If you're a new client, please arrive with bare nails.

Cancellation:

Please make sure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, otherwise you'll be charged a 50% fee. Cancellations on the day of your appointment will result in being charged 100% of scheduled service.

No-Shows:

If decided to not show up to your appointment, without any sort of communication, you'll be charged a 100% service fee. If the fee doesn't get paid, you'll be blacklisted.

Late Fees:

I understand difficulties and delays can occur, I therefore don't charge a late fee, but I can't guarantee a full service. If you're more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled + you'll be charged a 50% service fee.

Dog At Home:

I own a small Pomeranian. Please let me know beforehand if you're allergic, or not comfortable with my dog being in the same room.

Age restrictions:

I do not provide services for minors under the age of 16. For children aged 16 and above, please ensure that you have your guardian's consent before booking an appointment with me.

When booking an appointment, you have agreed to my policies.
