ꕤ Booking Policies ꕤ

❀ A 150 DKK deposit is required when booking, to secure your appointment. This will go towards your service total. If you decide to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and an additional 150 DKK deposit will be required to reschedule.

❀ Please make sure to communicate if you're running late. 10 minutes late will result in 50 DKK fee, with fee increasement of 50 DKK for every 10 minutes past (20 min = 100 DKK, 30 min =  150 DKK, etc.) Depending on how late you arrive, a simpler design or change of service may be necessary. Please be mindful of our time, and plan your commute to your appointment accordingly.

❀ 15 min+ late with, no notice or communication, will be considered a no-show and 50% of your appointment must be paid in order to book again.

❀ Payment preferably by cash, but I also accept card.

❀ As I'm a home-based nail-tech, I have to follow certain guidelines. To ensure that everyone feels comfortable, I've made the decision to have a women's only salon. Thank you for your understanding.

❀ Persinails Studio always prioritizes quality of the work that is done, so please expect min 2-3 hours for tier 2 and up, as I do NOT rush my work.

❀ This is a gel exclusive studio and I do not offer removal services for acrylic work or foreign work. If you are a first time client, please arrive with bare nails. 

❀ Please make sure to send me pictures of the design you wish to have done, at least 3 days before your appointment. This helps me prepare properly and saves me a lot of time.

❀ I do NOT offer simple/basic designs. Not sure what tier your design falls under? Send me a DM on Instagram!

ꕤ Address:

Address and information about location will be included in your confirmation email. It is therefore important to submit your email when booking. Check spam if it's not in your inbox. In case you forget to submit your email, please message me on Instagram and I'll happily assist you.

ꕤ Contacting Method:

Write your Instagram username in the note box section "Order Special Instructions" at checkout. That way it'll be easier for me to contact you.

ꕤ Guests:

As I'm home-based, space is limited. Guests will therefore not be allowed, including children.

ꕤ Dog At Home:

I own a small Pomeranian. Please let me know beforehand if you're allergic, or not comfortable with my dog being in the same room. He's very anxious and needs time to get to know new people, so please try to refrain from petting him until he shows interest himself. Thank you so much!

ꕤ Age restrictions:

I do not provide services for minors under the age of 16. For children aged 16 and above, please ensure that you have your guardian's consent before booking an appointment with me.

ꕤ Booking ahead:

New appointments drop at the end of each month, so it is not possible to book ahead.
