Thank you for taking interest in buying from Persinails! To avoid any confusion and make everything go smoothly, please take the time to read our store and shipping policies.

Ordering a press-on set means you have fully read and agreed to my policies .☘︎ ݁˖

ꕤ When Ordering ꕤ

❀ Your order will begin once the payment has gone through. Start time may range from a few days to 1-2 weeks depending on my schedule.

❀ I'll send updates when your set is nearly finished, unless you wish for the set to be kept as a surprise. Minor changes to the design is allowed. Any major changes might result in extra fees.

❀ When submitting a custom sketch, please verify all details - including colors, patterns, and specifications - before finalizing your order. I replicate designs as shown in your submission. Changes requested after production has begun are subject to additional fees.

ꕤ Processing Time ꕤ

❀ As every set is handmade and made-to-order, please allow 2-8 weeks for your nails to be made. If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to send me a dm on Instagram or e-mail: persinailscontact@gmail.com.

❀ You'll receive a shipping confirmation, with tracking number, when your order has been shipped out. Depending on your location, shipping takes:

- For local (Danish) orders: 2-4 business days.

- International orders: 4-20 business days.

ꕤ Sizing ꕤ

❀ It is always recommended to order a sizing kit for best accuracy. Make sure to order your sizing kit in a separate order!!!

❀ Nails can also be sized using tape and ruler. Click here for tutorial.

❀ When measuring your nails, make sure to double check your measurements, as I'm not responsible for any errors in sizes.

ꕤ Shipping/Refund Policies ꕤ

❀ Persinails is NOT responsible for any lost packages during shipment.

❀ Persinails is NOT responsible for any damages of the products during shipment.

❀ With that being said, any concerns regarding your order will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Items that are deemed defective or damaged must be reported through email within 2 days of delivery. I will do my best to resolve the issue fairly!

❀ Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final. No refunds are allowed.

❀ Persinails is NOT responsible for press-on nails that become lost while being worn. In the event that any nails go missing after application, replacement nails will need to be purchased separately.
